A safety net built by people

You can’t watch every door. You shouldn’t have to.

The Indigo KinTag turns the people around your child into a safety net. If they wander or become separated, anyone with a cellphone can tap their tag and reach you.

No app. No battery. No tracking. Just a simple way for someone to help.

Together, we can create our own safety net. Today.

A tracker tells you where a thing is. An Indigo KinTag makes sure a person is never alone.

No app

Any phone can tap it. Nothing to download.

No signal

Works with zero bars and a dead battery — on their phone or yours.

Nothing to charge

It never dies, never charges, never expires.

Here’s what happens today, without one

Your child wanders off. Or your mom, who has dementia, walks out the front door.

You call 911. They ask how long the person has been missing, and whether there’s evidence of a crime. For most caregiver-dependent people, the honest answer doesn’t qualify for an AMBER Alert. So you wait, and hope a stranger happens to find them — and happens to know who to call.

No evidence of abduction. No AMBER Alert. Just you, hoping a stranger figures it out.

We know why trackers fail

Kids don’t want to be tracked. They want to belong.

A tracker feels like a leash — so most kids peel it off, bury it in a backpack, or “lose” it within a week. A KinTag isn’t a tracker. It comes in shapes, sizes, and colours kids choose for themselves, so instead of hiding it, they wear it with pride.

Piper, smiling

Why we built this

This is Piper.

My niece — and part of the reason the Indigo KinTag exists. Watching my sister carry the fear that comes with loving someone who depends on others to help her get found is what turned this from an idea into something we had to build.
